We live in rapidly changeable world. Technologies change so fast that it was absolutely impossible to imagine ten years ego. Especially it concerns information technologies. Internet has radically changed the world, it made in small, transparent, global-virtual space. We get information about the latest events happened in any corner of the world in few seconds.

It is evident, that educational system is under influence. Challenges towards the educational system change permanently. If knowledge got in University was enough for several decades and was unchanged, for graduates situation is importantly changed. Knowledge received in University must be permanently renewed by the young generation and give reference to self – development. School and University must improve skills of memory, creative thinking, aspiration towards the innovations and self-development. This is not a simple case.

To overcome the unemployment the priority must be awarded to private sector, which will have a high social responsibility to each person. The development of the intellectual capital is the most important for the elevation of the life quality and defeat the poorness. In such way country will get stronger and society will develop.
